Place for horse riding
The hikes generally take place on the trails of Val d'Hérens, mainly on the Commune of Mont-Noble, in Nax, Mase and Vernamiège. The places of departure and arrival change according to the pasture of horses and ponies, which are generally found in Nax.
Equipment and supervision of horse treks
The hikes are always accompanied. Children must wear a helmet or a bomb for a horse or pony ride (depending on the size of the children). During the hikes of one or two days, each participant takes his picnic with him for the midday meal. For evening and morning meals, these are provided and included in the price. Riding equipment, namely saddle, bridle and saddlebags, is provided.
Duration
Depending on your wishes and skills, the duration of the horse treks varies between one hour and two days.
Level
All levels are accepted. The gaits during the hikes are adapted to the levels of the participants.

Registration for horse treks is with Katia Chiron, Ferme du Petit Bonheur in Nax.
Prices
The hour of horse riding is charged at CHF 22.- / hour.
Pony ride at CHF 12.- / hour.
